SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • All shipments within the Spanish peninsula are sent with Tipsa, SEUR or DHL . The delivery once the package has been sent, varies depending on the area, usually delivered between 24-48H.
  • For national orders of an amount (VAT included) higher than 45€, shipping will be free within the peninsula.
  • We ship to the Balearic Islands, the service does not carry any additional charge.
  • We ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla with a delivery time of 48-72H.
  • We ship anywhere in the world via UPS, DHL, Seur. When you place your order you will automatically be informed of the shipping cost
  • We make shipments from Monday to Friday, all the products mark the estimated delivery time, being approximately 72h for areas of Europe and 3-5 days for the rest of the world.
  • Our location is Albacete. Under no circumstances will shipments to the Spanish mainland or within the European Community be subject to customs charges.
  • For international shipments outside Europe, we will take care of customs and import charges, in no case the buyer will pay for these costs.
  • The buyer will be notified by email of the shipment status and tracking.

CHANGES AND RETURNS

We are very concerned about the satisfaction of our customers so we offer the possibility of exchanging or returning a product free of charge:

  • The consumer has 14 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to justify his decision.
  • In order to make a payment of the amount paid, it is essential that the product reaches us with the box or packaging of the original product in perfect condition, without stickers and with all the accessories without obvious signs of use. We will not refund the amount of products with signs of use, incomplete or manipulated.
  • We have a free service of changes and returns by which once requested the return depending on the weight and logistical volume of the product is sent a return label to deliver the package at any post office or sent to the transport agency (only once) to collect the goods at the same address where it was sent. If the transport agency is passed and the merchandise is not prepared or is rejected, we understand that the customer wants to manage the return on his own and therefore must pay the return postage.
  • The Changes and Returns department will explain in detail how to make your change or return, everything will be recorded in our ticket system. You can consult our Privacy Policy if you want more information on how your personal data will be treated.
  • Once we review the merchandise and everything is satisfactory, we will return the total amount of your purchase with the same method of payment that you used unless it was paid in cash, in this case we will credit you by bank transfer to the account you provide.
  • Under no circumstances will money be sent using other services (money orders, Western Union, etc).
  • In the event that the buyer decides to arrange for the return of the material privately, the return postage will be at the expense of the buyer. In no case will we accept a package sent to our warehouse at the due time.
  • It is totally obligatory to present the proof of purchase in order to process any exchange, return or guarantee, as well as the RMA document.
  • Although the law says that companies have 31 days to solve the problems, we guarantee that in no case the customer will have to wait so long, we have qualified personnel that will speed up the process tremendously.
  • Don't forget that you can't use the products before giving up the purchase. The right of withdrawal exists to allow you to examine the products in the same way you would in a store.

CONDITIONS

All our products are brand new (unless otherwise specified in the advertisement) and come with all their accessories for use and / or installation. Their guarantee is 10 years from the date of invoice. In the unfortunate event that the product purchased by the customer is out of stock and cannot be shipped within the stipulated time, we will offer the customer the possibility of replacing it with a product of similar performance and price. In the event that we cannot offer a satisfactory alternative for the buyer, iFIELDKnives.com will pay the full amount paid by the buyer by the same method of payment that the customer initially used. At the time of completing the order, you will receive a copy of the terms of sale attached in a PDF in Spanish.

By accepting these general terms and conditions, the customer agrees to receive the invoices corresponding to the purchase of goods and/or services from Desenfunda in electronic format. If the customer prefers to receive the invoice in physical format, he/she can also request it by completing this form, identifying him/herself properly and providing the order number for which the invoice is required. For all legal purposes, the purchase shall be deemed to have been made at the address of the Point of Sale where the Customer actually carried out the transaction.

The parties submit themselves to their choice for the resolution of the conflicts and with renunciation to any other jurisdiction, to the courts of the user's domicile. Likewise, as an entity adhered to various consumer organizations and under the terms of its Code of Ethics, in the event of disputes relating to online contracting and advertising, data protection, protection of minors and accessibility, the user may resort to the extrajudicial dispute resolution system of any consumer body.

TREATMENT OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
