RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND WARRANTIES

CONDITIONS

We are very concerned about the satisfaction of our customers so we offer the possibility of exchanging or returning a product free of charge. We detail below:

  • The consumer has 14 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to justify his decision.
  • In order to make a payment of the amount paid, it is essential that the product reaches us with the box or packaging of the original product in perfect condition, without stickers and with all the accessories without obvious signs of use. We will not refund the amount of products with signs of use, incomplete or manipulated.
  • We have a free service of changes and returns by which once requested the return depending on the weight and logistical volume of the product is sent a return label to deliver the package at any post office or sent to the transport agency (only once) to collect the goods at the same address where it was sent. If the transport agency is passed and the merchandise is not prepared or is rejected, we understand that the customer wants to manage the return on his own and therefore must pay the return postage.
  • The Changes and Returns department will explain in detail how to make your change or return, everything will be recorded in our ticket system. You can consult our Privacy Policy if you want more information on how your personal data will be treated.
  • Once we review the merchandise and everything is satisfactory, we will return the total amount of your purchase with the same method of payment that you used unless it was paid in cash, in this case we will credit you by bank transfer to the account you provide.
  • Under no circumstances will money be sent using other services (money orders, Western Union, etc).
  • In the event that the buyer decides to arrange for the return of the material privately, the return postage will be at the expense of the buyer. In no case will we accept a package sent to our warehouse at the due time.
  • It is totally obligatory to present the proof of purchase in order to process any exchange, return or guarantee, as well as the RMA document.
  • Although the law says that companies have 31 days to solve the problems, we guarantee that in no case the customer will have to wait so long, we have qualified personnel that will speed up the process tremendously.
  • Don't forget that you can't use the products before giving up the purchase. The right of withdrawal exists to allow you to examine the products in the same way you would in a store.
  • If a problem occurs with an item, the product will be sent to the factory for repair or replacement.
  • All our products have 10 years warranty.
  • According to the RDL 1/2007 , of November 16th, TRLGDCU, if during the first six months from the delivery of the product a lack of conformity with the good is manifested, it is presumed that this lack existed when it was delivered. From the sixth month, the consumer must demonstrate that the lack of conformity existed at the time of delivery of the good.
  • The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
  • Repairs and replacements will be free of charge for the consumer and user as long as the product is under warranty and the problem is due to a fault in the original manufacture.
  • Such free of charge shall include the necessary expenses incurred to remedy the non-conformity of the products with the contract, such as shipping costs, costs related to labor and materials. In reference to the collections of the products, Electropolis SL Store will only pay one collection, in case of not having the goods ready or any other incident the return postage will be borne by the buyer.
